From summer 2008 we offer both those interested in buying a summer home and those wishing to have a holiday in Saaremaa an opportunity to spend a week in the Kramer sample house and experience the pleasures of staying in the Luigenoka holiday village and in a log cabin.

We have built and furnished the log cabin Kramer 88 located on the Leedri property in the Luigenoka holiday village. The coast where you can both enjoy the water and fish is located within only about a 350-metre walk. From the balcony of the loft, you can see a gorgeous sunset in the evenings.

The house can accommodate four grownups. For a family of more than two children, an extra bed will be required.

Layout and furnishings

Ground floor

• Living room: 3+1 couch, side table, wood-fired fireplace furnace.
• Kitchen: dish washer, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, table and chairs for 4 people, dishes.
• Toilet, shower and dry sauna: wood-fired sauna furnace, shower stall, wash basin, washing machine. Dry sauna has a 140-litre boiler supplying hot water to the house.

1st floor

• Stairwell: cupboard.
• Bedroom 1: 2 beds (80x200), night table, clothes rack.
• Bedroom 2: 2 beds (80x200), night table, clothes rack.

The minimal rental period is one week (Saturday to Saturday) at 400 € (from May to August one week rent is 450€). All taxes, electricity, water, firewood for the fireplace (up to 0.5 cubic metres). Ordinary post-check-out cleaning is 30 € if clients leav cottage uncleanded. Bed linen (sheets, blanket covers, pillow cases) and towels are not included. If you rent the cottage for whole year the yearly rent is 7500 €.

If you like the model house so much you would like to have it for good, you can buy the house together with the furnishings in it. If, on the other hand, you would like a log cabin different from the model house, choose another property currently for sale in the vicinity, and we will build a summer home just like that to meet your needs!
